Once your references have passed, we’ll organise your move-in date and then get you in to sign your tenancy agreement and deposit scheme paperwork. On the day of move in you’ll meet one of our inventory clerks at the property and go through the fully prepared inventory/condition report we’ll then give you the keys.
Your move-in pack will be delivered shortly after you move in and contains all your paperwork and receipts for monies you’ve paid. There will also be a certificate for your deposit registration. All deposits we hold are covered by a client money protection scheme and registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).
Once in your home, we are at the end of a phone when issues arise (if we are fully managing the property). These will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
